本所按照备案标准收费，不超出备案标准收取律师服务费。
民事、行政一审和仲裁案件怎么收费？
There are two situations.
不涉及财产关系的，按件收费，每件 3,000 元至 20,000 元。
涉及财产关系的，可以在同一区间按件收费，也可以按争议财产的标的额分段累加计算，还可以采用基础服务费加分段累加的方式：基础服务费为 1,000 元至 8,000 元，另按标的额分段累加。
同一案件采用哪一种方式，在委托合同中约定。
按标的额分段累加的比例是多少？
按争议标的额分八段累计计算：

各段「不含下限本数、含上限本数」。标的额恰好等于 100 万元的，该 100 万元计入「50 万元至 100 万元」这一段，不计入「100 万元至 500 万元」这一段。
刑事案件各阶段怎么收费？
刑事辩护按办案阶段分别计件收费：

一案涉及多个阶段的，按实际承办的阶段分别计算。刑事案件不得实行风险代理收费。
非诉讼业务按标的额怎么收费？
非诉讼、仲裁类事项按标的额分段累加计算，分五段：

担任人民法院指定破产管理人、强制清算管理人案件的收费标准，依照《最高人民法院关于审理企业破产案件确定管理人报酬的规定》及各地人民法院的相关规定执行。
风险代理最高能收多少？
先说明哪些案件不能做风险代理。本所对刑事诉讼案件、行政诉讼案件、国家赔偿案件、群体性诉讼案件、婚姻继承案件，以及请求给予社会保险待遇、最低生活保障待遇、赡养费、抚养费、扶养费、抚恤金、救济金、工伤赔偿、劳动报酬的案件，禁止实行或者变相实行风险代理收费。
上述范围之外的案件，风险代理可以约定固定的金额收费，也可以按照委托人最终实现的债权或者减免的债务金额的一定比例收费。
采用比例收费的，本所在风险代理各个环节收取的律师服务费合计最高金额，按标的额分段不超过下列比例：

风险代理中的「标的额」，指委托人最终实现的债权或者减免的债务金额。其他收费方式中的「标的额」，指所涉标的金额，两者不相同。
什么情况下收费会上浮？
代理重大、疑难、复杂或者具有涉外因素的法律服务事项，可以按照服务事项性质所对应的收费标准，上浮 20% 以内收费。
Commercial arbitration cases shall be charged in accordance with the civil case fee standards, or with a fee increase of no more than 20% based on the civil case fee standards.
Whether to apply upward floating and the range of upward floating shall be stipulated in the commission contract and explained to the principal.
How are fees charged for foreign-related non litigation matters such as intellectual property?
Calculate in two parts and list them separately.
Attorney's feesCollect according to the corresponding items in the filing standards. Overseas trademark registration applications, patent applications, and layout matters are under the category of "special legal advisors", with each case costing 3000 to 800000 yuan; Trademark renewal, annual fee payment, agency transfer, ownership change filing and other agency matters belong to the category of "agency writing and agency matters", with a fee of 1000 to 20000 yuan per item; Retrieval analysis, free implementation analysis, infringement judgment opinions, etc. belong to the category of "issuing lawyer letters, legal opinions, and legal due diligence", with a price range of 1000 to 300000 yuan per item.
official feesThe fees collected by overseas regulatory authorities are not considered as lawyer service fees. Official fees shall be paid by our office or directly by the principal, settled according to the actual amount incurred, based on the official rate and exchange rate on the payment date, and receipts shall be issued.
Charging methods and receipts.Lawyer service fees and case handling fees are uniformly collected by our firm, and lawyers do not charge any fees to their clients. Our firm charges legal service fees using legal receipts prescribed by the tax department. After the client pays, our firm issues legal receipts.
Payment fees will be charged separately.Litigation fees, arbitration fees, appraisal fees, notarization fees, file search fees, preservation fees, translation fees, expert argumentation fees, travel expenses for handling cases in other places, etc., do not belong to lawyer service fees and shall be paid separately by the client.
Time based charges.All types of legal services can be charged on a time-based basis, with 60 minutes as the starting point. The working hours shall be based on the necessary time during the process of handling entrusted legal matters by the handling lawyer. The handling lawyer shall provide the client with a list of service content and duration, which shall be confirmed by the client.
reduction.For vulnerable groups such as migrant workers and people with disabilities or public welfare activities, our firm may, at its discretion, reduce or waive lawyer service fees. Handle legal aid cases without charging fees or accepting property from the beneficiaries.
The standards listed on this page shall be implemented until the date of the next filing change. In the event of a change in filing, the revised standards shall prevail.
