On the afternoon of March 9, Li Changfeng and Zhuo Weihua from the Municipal Committee Office accompanied Chairman Zhang Xiaomin to the workplace of Wang Tengfeng, a member of the Futian Tenth Branch, at Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm, to inspect and guide work. Over ten members of the Futian Tenth Branch, including Municipal Committee members Chen Gangjun, Tang Yongyuan, Xu Peng, Zhao Junfeng, Deng Zhixing, Liu Qianjun, Cui Ying, Liao Ruibin, Ren Yi, Zhou Ling, Fu Jinfeng, and Zhou Fengzhen, gathered to listen to Chairman Zhang’s guidance. The report meeting was held in the conference room of Zhiming Law Firm. Wang Tengfeng, head of the Futian Tenth Branch and director of Zhiming Law Firm, first welcomed Chairman Zhang and other leaders on behalf of the Tenth Branch and Zhiming Law Firm, then reported on the firm’s various legal services and public legal aid activities since its establishment, as well as recent progress in recruiting new members for the Tenth Branch. Since its founding, under the leadership of Branch Head Wang, Zhiming Law Firm has actively participated in public legal aid services. Notably, from 2006 to the present, it has organized 11 lawyers annually to participate in the Yantian Street "Legal Services into Communities" initiative, providing extensive pro bono legal services to the public, serving as advisors and assistants to local party and government authorities, earning praise from the public and commendations from leaders at all levels. It has been recognized as an advanced unit for lawyer participation in "Legal Services into Communities," and has been covered by media outlets such as the Legal Daily, Shenzhen Evening News, and Guangdong Lawyers.

Chairman Zhang commended the work of Zhiming Institute and the Tenth Branch. He pointed out that lawyers' participation in public legal services is a proactive action to fulfill their duties, serve the masses, and maintain stability. He hoped that Zhiming Institute would continue to build on its achievements during the implementation of the 12th Five-Year Plan, actively engage in public legal services, achieve new results, and create new experiences. He also hoped that Zhiming Institute would strengthen internal management with a spirit of reform and innovation, expand legal services, improve economic and social benefits, and elevate all aspects of its work to a higher level, making Zhiming Institute larger and stronger. Chairman Zhang also urged the Tenth Branch to strengthen the traditional education of the China Democratic League, learn from the spirit of sacrifice of predecessors for the country and the nation, focus on the central tasks, serve the overall situation, and play an active role in the democratic parties' participation in the implementation of the 12th Five-Year Plan and the construction of a moderately prosperous society.
