On August 10, Zhiming Law Firm held a meeting in the conference room with its lawyers, paralegals, and Taiwanese legal youth interns to review and summarize a foreign-related real estate dispute case handled by senior lawyer Zhang Yong, which lasted three years and was recently successfully concluded.
 

European businessman Mr. H purchased a property in Shenzhen under the names of Shenzhen residents Mr. and Mrs. Li through a mortgage. In early 2015, following Mr. H's instructions, Mr. and Mrs. Li found a fellow villager, Mr. Liu, to pay off the property in four installments within one year at a price of 3 million yuan, and after obtaining Mr. H's consent, signed a sales contract. During the payment process, Shenzhen housing prices surged sharply. Mr. H demanded that Mr. and Mrs. Li breach the contract or sell the property to two buyers, but they firmly refused. The case was finally resolved after three years.
