Chen Kaiwei, a lawyer from Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm, was recently awarded the title of "Outstanding Member of the Non-Litigation Dispute Resolution (ADR) Legal Advisory Professional Committee of the Tenth Shenzhen Lawyers Association" for his active performance and outstanding contributions during his work with the Shenzhen Lawyers Association from 2017 to 2020.
Since starting his practice, Attorney Chen Kaiwei has been diligent and meticulous in both his professional work and the public interest activities organized by the Bar Association. In the nine practical legal monographs recently planned by the Municipal Bar Association, written by Shenzhen lawyers, and published by the Law Press, Attorney Chen Kaiwei contributed to *The Reshaping of Commercial Mediation by Lawyer Mediation*, authored by the ADR Legal Professional Committee of the Shenzhen Lawyers Association. His paper, *Innovations in Commercial Mediation Work*, is included in this work.
It is reported that the book "The Reshaping of Commercial Mediation by Lawyer Mediation" was compiled by the Non-Litigation Dispute Resolution (ADR) Legal Professional Committee of the Shenzhen Lawyers Association, with the participation of 13 lawyers and consultants in Shenzhen who have received professional training in commercial mediation and possess extensive experience in this field. This book comprehensively introduces the formation, rise, and development process of the commercial mediation and lawyer mediation pilot systems in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area against the backdrop of economic globalization. It also covers the characteristics, types, practical techniques, and industry features of commercial mediation, while envisioning its future development direction, providing a reference for mediation practitioners.
