[2] From November 14 to November 16, 2017, a training course for leaders of social organizations, supported by the Social Organization Administration Bureau of the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the Shenzhen Social Organization Administration Bureau, and hosted by the Shenzhen Federation of Social Organizations, was held in Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, as part of a central financial support project for social organizations participating in social services.

In the training, Lawyer Wang Tengfeng, with the theme "Administrative Enforcement of Social Organizations," elaborated on the important role of law in guiding the healthy and orderly development of social organizations, as well as related legal issues when social groups participate in social service projects.
