On October 13, 2019, Wu, a party involved in a housing sales contract dispute case represented and won by Lawyer Zeng Jie from Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm's literary and artistic rights litigation team, brought a banner to our firm with the words "Encounter Zhiming, see the light, seek justice and resolve grievances, Zhiming is the best" and gratefully delivered the banner to Lawyer Zeng Jie. In 2018, a young man named Wu from 1995 was in a hurry to get married due to his girlfriend's pregnancy. However, her parents demanded that Wu must purchase a property in Shenzhen as their wedding home. Therefore, Wu signed a housing sales contract with Shenzhen Shiyi Industrial Co., Ltd. (pseudonym, hereinafter referred to as Shiyi Company), but due to Wu's eagerness to buy a house and lack of experience, he was deceived by Shiyi Company during the period, which led to a dispute over the housing sales contract.
