In the second half of last year, "Pengcheng" magazine, sponsored by the Shenzhen Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (hereinafter referred to as "Pengcheng"), had a dispute with its cooperative unit, Shenzhen Yinzong Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yinzong"): Yinzong owed "Pengcheng" 1 million yuan in cooperation funds. After multiple unsuccessful negotiations with Yinzong, they came to Zhiming Law Firm and entrusted the firm's director, lawyer Wang Tengfeng, as their agent to handle the dispute over the cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Yinzong Industrial Co., Ltd. The case went through stages such as filing a lawsuit, property preservation, public notice, and court hearings. At the end of last year, the court issued a first-instance judgment, ordering the defendant, Shenzhen Yinzong Industrial Co., Ltd., to pay the plaintiff, "Pengcheng" magazine, the principal and interest of the owed amount. The plaintiff, "Pengcheng" magazine, won the case completely. The defendant did not appeal within the appeal period, and the case has now entered the enforcement stage.
