A Trip to Xiaojing Bay
Around 5:00 PM on March 25, 2016, under the director's arrangement, we set off for Huarun Xiaojing Bay in Huizhou. The journey was quite smooth, and we arrived at our destination around 7:00 PM.
Guided by the security guard, we parked the car and went to the front desk of the Iside Resort Apartment to check in. The accommodation was a bit far from the front desk, but we chatted and laughed along the way, so it didn't feel far at all. Opening the apartment door, I suddenly felt a sense of openness—the room was spacious and clean. Stepping onto the balcony and looking ahead, my eyes were filled with the vast sea—it was incredibly beautiful!
After putting down our belongings, we gathered to go for dinner. We walked along the beach, and I took off my shoes, stepping barefoot onto the sand. My feet felt a silky, soft sensation, especially comfortable. The sea breeze blowing in our faces made us feel particularly relaxed and cheerful.
We made our way to the commercial street. Since the scenic area was relatively new, there were only a few shops open. After eating, we took the scenic area bus, got off, and walked back along the beach to the apartment to rest.
The next morning, we arrived at the seaside early to watch the sunrise. As the red sun finally leaped out of the sea, separating from the water, the crimson sun slowly rose from the horizon, starting as a tiny red dot and gradually turning into a huge fireball. The fiery red orb slowly changed from red to golden yellow, and the sunlight grew increasingly intense, reflecting layers of golden light on the sea surface. I suddenly thought that if there were a small boat in the midst of this scene, it would surely be a breathtaking painting! So beautiful—how could such a magnificent sunrise not deeply enchant one?
I love watching the sunrise, not only for its captivating scenery but also because it symbolizes a new day and a new beginning, full of hope. Greeting the dawn, a new day, a new start, new hope—as long as we strive, we won’t feel lost. In fact, on the journey of life, many things are like watching the sunrise at sea: beautiful aspirations must be pursued with relentless persistence and unwavering effort before we can finally reap a bountiful harvest.
After watching the sunrise, we returned to our rooms to rest, then went back to the seaside to take a yacht ride. At noon, our group gathered to check out and then went to Xiachong for seafood…
After the meal, we continued to explore the nearby area, chatting and laughing all the way, feeling especially joyful. Happy times always seem so fleeting. After taking a group photo, we left Huizhou with reluctant hearts…
I am grateful to the director for arranging this outing and to all my colleagues at the law firm for taking care of me along the way. I deeply feel that our group is like a warm family, full of love. From now on, I will study harder and work harder!

A Travelogue of Xiaojing Bay in Huizhou
On March 25, 2016, the day was sunny with a gentle breeze, and walking on the road felt like bathing in the spring wind. I got up early as usual and went to the law firm to work. This day was a special day for me and for our Wang Tengfeng lawyer team, and it was also a long-awaited day—the spring outing. Back at the law firm, I saw everyone had packed their bags, big and small, fully prepared for the upcoming two-day, one-night trip to Xiaojing Bay in Huizhou.
When it was time to get off work, everyone grabbed their luggage and got into the law firm's car heading to Xiaojing Bay in Huizhou. Along the way, everyone chatted and laughed, especially the singing star Xiao Xia, who didn't forget to sing a few songs to liven up the journey. The joyful time on the road passed quickly, and after an hour and a half of driving, we arrived at the hotel in Xiaojing Bay. After getting the hotel keys, I went back to the room with my roommates Xiao Weng and Xiao Ou. We thought the room for three would be a bit cramped, but when we opened the door, a luxurious sea-view room greeted us, making us extremely excited. We ran around the room like children; it was nearly 80 square meters, with an extra-long sea-view balcony, a kitchen, a living room, and a sofa—everything we could want. It was clear we would have a pleasant and comfortable night. The three of us staying in this sea-view room set a goal: we must buy such a sea-view room to live in someday. This also became our motivation to work hard.
In the evening, it was time for dinner, and everyone gathered to go to a seafood restaurant for a feast. Although it took nearly half an hour to walk there, everyone chatted and laughed along the way, full of joy. It felt like a big family, and the half-hour walk passed amidst laughter and cheerful voices. At the seafood restaurant, even though there were over a dozen of us, everyone preferred to sit at one table, after all, we were a team, and eating together was livelier. So we squeezed together around one table. The seafood dinner that evening was very satisfying; basically, as soon as a dish was served, it was empty after one round, showing that everyone was quite tired from the car ride and very hungry. At the dinner table, Xiao Li brought a pack of tissues for everyone to use—a model of a good homemaker, and we should learn from him. After the seafood feast, we returned to the hotel to shower, played cards for a while, and then went to sleep. What everyone looked forward to most was the beach trip the next day.
The next morning, the three of us got up early and set off to the seaside to enjoy this rare beach trip. The beach at Xiaojing Bay was truly a top-notch scenic spot, like a royal feast that needed to be savored slowly. The azure seawater and clear sea breeze brushed against everyone's faces, accompanied by fine sand as delicate as a woman's slender hand. The golden sand, the blue sea, and the cloudless blue sky blended together like a peerless masterpiece. The three of us strolled along the beach, feeling the sea breeze, sharing our thoughts, and picking up seashells by the shore to take back to Shenzhen as souvenirs.
After this trip to Xiaojing Bay in Huizhou, I could feel the unity among the members of our Wang Tengfeng lawyer team. Everyone helped each other along the way. Although we were over a dozen individuals, we were connected through a sense of collective honor. It made me realize that one person's strength is meager, but a team's strength is immense, enough to shake heaven and earth.
This trip to Xiaojing Bay in Huizhou, the most important thing is to thank Director Wang for giving our team this travel opportunity. After this trip, the team has become more united and has added much enthusiasm to our work. May our team grow more united and stronger under Director Wang's leadership.

Trip to Xiaojing Bay
Spring has arrived, and everything is reviving. Watching the trees by the roadside shed their yellow leaves and sprout tender green buds, and the cherry trees bloom with delicate pink flowers, adding boundless vitality to the pleasant spring. The bright sunshine pouring down ends the overcast weather that lasted half a month, sweeping away the gloomy mood. I made plans with colleagues for a spring outing. With the director's sponsorship, we came to Xiaojing Bay in Huizhou.
On Friday afternoon, I came to Xiaojing Bay in Huizhou with my colleagues, found the hotel, and settled in. Just as I was lazily lying on the big bed, my colleagues asked to go to the restaurant for dinner. Going downstairs, I saw the sun setting over the western hills, and the rosy evening glow foretold clear days ahead, reflecting beautifully with the distant mountains. By the time we found the restaurant, it was already late. After briefly discussing plans for the next day, we had a quick meal and went to rest.
Back at the accommodation, the excitement of the trip kept me tossing and turning, so I went to the balcony. The evening breeze brushed my face, rustling through the trees in front of the building, mixed with the freshness of the sea, making me feel especially refreshed. Though it was already midnight, I could still vaguely see two or three figures strolling along the cobblestone path.
I woke up early in the morning and went for a walk along the seaside. The sea breeze gently caressed the ocean surface and the sandy beach. Soon, at the junction of water and sky, a ray of red light broke the silence of the sea, revealing a crescent shape, dyeing the sea red and illuminating the white sand. Slowly, a red sun leaped above the sea, and morning arrived. In the distance, the water and sky merged into one vast expanse of blue. Occasionally, white seagulls flew across the sea. The white sandy beach lay like a silver dragon resting on the sea, cozy and serene. I rolled up my trousers, walked barefoot on the fine, soft sand, and listened to the crunching sound under my feet, like stepping on snow. A wave rushed in, splashing against my feet, cool and comfortable. The clear seawater rolled with fine white sand, gently lapping the shore. Looking back, the footprints I had left were smoothed over by the waves and disappeared. The waves receded, leaving behind beautiful, delicate seashells. I picked them up and put them in my backpack as souvenirs.
We chatted and laughed all the way, and before we knew it, it was noon. Reluctantly, we left the seaside and went to a restaurant, where we enjoyed a sumptuous and delicious lunch. After a short rest, we took the cool sea breeze and ended our trip to Xiaojing Bay, heading back home.
Here, I would like to thank Sister Zeng for taking care of us along the way, and thank the director for providing the funds, which allowed us to have such a pleasant trip to Xiaojing Bay.
