2014 Zhiming Law Firm Mid-Autumn Tea Party
Zhì Míng Law Firm's Mid-Autumn Tea Gathering and Director Lawyer Wang Tengfeng's Litigation Art Sharing Lecture were grandly held at 3 p.m. today (September 5) in the law firm's conference room.
At the meeting, Lawyer Zhang Yong first briefly introduced recent developments in the firm’s management: (1) Regarding government procurement, we should fully leverage the firm’s qualification as a government procurement legal service supplier and actively participate in legal service bidding activities at all levels of government; (2) Regarding business innovation and development, we should actively participate in the legal service innovation competition organized by the Shenzhen Lawyers Association and conduct design seminars within the firm on legal service plans (such as legal aid plans for entrepreneurs); (3) Regarding professional learning, future exchange and learning sessions within the firm will focus primarily on small-scale thematic research and discussions, and we should also make full use of the Zhiming Law Firm WeChat group and QQ group. The meeting then proceeded to its main topic, as Director Lawyer Wang Tengfeng delivered a lecture on the art of litigation. Director Wang, drawing on several classic cases, shared his unique insights and signature techniques in the art of litigation. Director Wang’s lecture appeared effortless and free-flowing, yet was in fact masterfully executed and utterly brilliant. All the lawyers and assistants in attendance were deeply inspired and greatly benefited. While enjoying Director Wang’s feast on the art of litigation, everyone also shared delicious Mid-Autumn mooncakes and various fruits.
