1. Special Committee
According to the "Charter of the Shenzhen Lawyers Association," the Lawyers Association sets up several specialized committees led by the Council of the Lawyers Association. These committees are responsible for researching, reviewing, and drafting proposals and rules related to the self-discipline of the legal profession, performing various functions of the association, and handling related affairs. The main responsibilities of each specialized committee are: participating in or leading research and investigation of major topics and issues, and providing opinions and suggestions; handling consultations, inquiries, reviews, and drafting proposals related to the respective specialized committee; participating in the drafting, argumentation, and submission for approval of legal industry management regulations; accepting and mediating matters within the specific responsibilities of the respective specialized committee; establishing regular contact with relevant government departments and social organizations; and carrying out other related activities as authorized by the Lawyers Association and according to the characteristics and needs of each specialized committee.
2. Professional Committee
The various professional committees of the Lawyers Association are institutions set up by the Association's Council based on the development of lawyers' practice, responsible for organizing members to study and communicate, and guiding lawyers in carrying out professional activities. Their purpose is to mobilize members to actively learn professional knowledge, improve lawyers' professional competence and service level, expand the scope of legal services, promote professional specialization among lawyers, and enhance the overall strength of lawyers in Shenzhen. The Special Committee on Business Innovation and Development of the Lawyers Association is responsible for managing and coordinating the work of the professional committees, while the Business Department of the Association's Secretariat is responsible for the daily work of the professional committees.
