The lawyer of our firm, Qiao Xiaoyu, recently had a legal thesis titled "A Brief Discussion on How to Compensate for Urban House Demolition" published in the national-level important publication "Zizhi Digest" (Issue 1, 2009). Lawyer Qiao's thesis provides a incisive analysis of the connotation, characteristics, and current situation of China's urban house demolition system, and offers clear insights into the definition, procedures, and principles of the compensation system for urban house demolition and land acquisition. The thesis has significant reference value for the lawful demolition and compensation of houses in the renovation of old urban areas across China, and has practical significance for government departments at all levels to strengthen the lawful management of urban construction.

Lawyer Qiao Xiaoyu is a young female lawyer in our firm with a solid foundation in legal theory, rich case-handling experience, and a diligent and studious nature. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in law, and through internship, study, and practice at our firm, her practical experience and theoretical cultivation have greatly improved. She has also obtained the title of economist during her work and is currently a graduate student in law at China University of Political Science and Law.
