[3] As the 2018 internship and exchange program for Taiwanese youth in Mainland China came to a successful conclusion, on August 15, a sharing session on Taiwanese youth internship experiences was grandly held at the Shenzhen People's Building, co-organized by the Shenzhen Municipal Taiwan Affairs Office of the CPC and the Taiwan Outstanding Youth Exchange Promotion Association. Lin Aixuan, a Taiwanese legal youth who studied and exchanged at Zhiming Law Firm, along with 93 other young students from Taiwan, shared their learning and work experiences with about 400 guests present. Lawyer Wang Tengfeng, director of the firm, intern lawyer Jin Xin, and administrative supervisor Xu Jing attended the meeting as representatives of the host institution for this cross-strait youth exchange activity.

[5] Lin Aixuan introduced Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm to the attending guests and shared her original intention for choosing to intern at Zhiming Law Firm as the only law graduate student in this exchange to Shenzhen. She vividly and emotionally recounted her work and learning experiences over the past month. She expressed that although the internship was short, it was rich in gains, and Director Wang Tengfeng and colleagues at Zhiming Law Firm were very caring towards her. As a law student, being able to personally experience the working environment of mainland lawyers and the mainland judicial environment at Zhiming Law Firm was a rare and valuable life experience that would benefit her for a lifetime. In particular, the Art Litigation Method pioneered by Zhiming Law Firm, which breaks through the rigid bottlenecks and limitations of the civil law system's statutory judicial litigation tradition, skillfully using emotion, reason, and law to flexibly solve complex and difficult cases, left a fresh and profound impression on her. She also deeply felt the high level of outstanding litigation lawyers in the mainland, represented by Zhiming lawyers. She also stated that upon returning to Taiwan, she would share the Art Litigation Method with her mentors and classmates, making efforts to promote legal theory and practice exchanges across the strait.

After the meeting, the Taiwan Outstanding Youth Exchange Association presented a letter of appreciation to Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm in recognition of the firm's strong support and assistance for this cross-strait youth exchange activity. Lin Aixuan also wrote to Director Wang Tengfeng and Zhiming Law Firm, expressing heartfelt thanks for the firm's care and meticulous guidance in her study of the art of litigation.
