The plaintiff, a certain industrial development company in Shenzhen, signed a land use right lease contract with the defendant, a certain hardware processing factory in Guangming New District, Shenzhen. The case underwent three lawsuits. In the first lawsuit, the plaintiff requested the termination of the lease contract; after the first and second trials, the contract was confirmed to be invalid. In the second lawsuit, the plaintiff, citing property rights protection, requested the court to order the defendant to return the land, but the court ruled to dismiss the case. In the third lawsuit, the plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the defendant to return the original property; after the court's clarification, it was changed to a lease contract dispute. The first-instance court ruled that the plaintiff return the land to the defendant and pay for the occupation fee.
