On the afternoon of December 14, the firm convened an expanded partners meeting and its annual summary conference. Wang Tengfeng, Director of the firm, presided over the meetings. At the expanded partners meeting, following careful deliberation, the attendees voted in accordance with relevant rules to adopt three agenda items: the Amendment to the Articles of Association of Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm, the Rules of the Management and Development Committee of Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm, and the Proposal on Preparing for the Establishment of the Party Branch of Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm. The meeting also deliberated and approved the proposed roster of members and leadership for the first-term “Management and Development Committee” of Zhiming Law Firm, and the participating Party members elected the proposed roster of members for the “Party Branch of Zhiming Law Firm.”

Following the conclusion of the expanded partners' meeting, Zhiming Law Firm convened its annual summary conference, which was attended by some of the firm's partners, lawyers, and all staff members. During the meeting, Director Wang Tengfeng delivered a report on the firm's work in 2018, fully affirming the achievements made over the past year and commending all personnel for their diligent efforts. At the same time, he also set forth new expectations and requirements for the upcoming year of 2019.
