On the afternoon of December 14, the firm held a partner expansion meeting and annual summary conference. The firm's director, Wang Tengfeng, chaired the meeting. During the partner expansion meeting, after careful deliberation, the attendees voted in accordance with regulations to approve three agenda items: the amendment to the "Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm Charter," the "Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm Management and Development Committee Rules," and the "Resolution on Preparing for the Establishment of the Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm Party Branch." They also reviewed and approved the proposed list of members and leadership for the firm's first "Management and Development Committee," while the attending party members elected the proposed list of members for the "Zhiming Law Firm Party Branch."
