Patent infringement harms the interests of the parties involved, inevitably leading to unnecessary legal disputes. Patent infringement refers to acts of implementing a patent without the patent holder's permission or counterfeiting another's patent. For patent infringement, the patent holder may request the patent administrative authority to handle the matter or directly file a lawsuit in court, demanding the infringer cease the infringement and compensate for losses. In the event of an infringement dispute, if the invention patent is a method for manufacturing a product, the unit or individual manufacturing the same product shall provide proof of their product manufacturing method.
