Lawyer Li Zuolin was invited to attend the "Third Quarter Safety Production Conference of Longchuan County Industrial Park"
On September 29, 2022, at the invitation of the "Safety Steward" (Shenzhen Fuxin Safety Technology Co., Ltd.) of the Longchuan County Industrial Park Management Committee, Lawyer Li Zuolin from our firm participated in the Third Quarter Safety Production and Safety Production Training Conference of Longchuan County Industrial Park. Nearly two hundred people, including key members of the management committee and representatives of enterprises in the industrial park, attended the meeting.
Lawyer Li provided a detailed explanation of criminal risk prevention for entrepreneurs from the perspective of safety production. The lecture began with the widely circulated online saying, "Chinese entrepreneurs are either in prison or on the way to prison," and used the foreign allusion "Sword of Damocles" to guide the entrepreneurs present to maintain a state of crisis, adopt strategies for criminal risk prevention that remain resilient in dire situations, always be aware of crises, and keep a warning bell in their hearts. He also summarized the severity, susceptibility, and extensiveness (dual punishment system) of corporate criminal risks, explained and analyzed 15 common corporate criminal risk charges in a simple and clear manner, discussed issues in enterprises based on cases he personally handled, and proposed ways to prevent corporate criminal legal risks, emphasizing the need to strengthen corporate compliance construction. After the meeting, Lawyer Li engaged in discussions and exchanges with the attendees.
