[4] From April 9 to 11, 2019, Vice President Wang Tengfeng of the Municipal Lawyers Association, Director Chen Xufei, Supervisor Mei Wen, Deputy Secretary-General Liu Feng, and members of the Industry Development Strategy Committee, among eight people, visited the Nanjing Lawyers Association and Hangzhou Lawyers Association to investigate and study experiences and practices in lawyer industry development, talent cultivation, policy support, and industry construction.
 

[5] On the morning of the 10th, the delegation visited the Nanjing Lawyers Association. President Jia Zhenghe, Vice President Qian Zhi, Deputy Supervisor Tang Junhua, and Deputy Secretaries-General Xia Haoxin and Zhang Zhengyan of the Nanjing Lawyers Association warmly received the delegation and held discussions. President Jia Zhenghe detailed the development of the Nanjing lawyer industry and the basic situation of the association. In recent years, the construction and development of the Nanjing lawyer industry have progressed steadily, with the lawyer team continuously growing. To build a communication platform for small and medium-sized firms, the Nanjing Lawyers Association launched a series of activities like "Walking into the Future" for exchanges among firm directors, promoting integration in specialties, systems, and culture between firms. During the discussion, both sides exchanged views on the development of small and medium-sized firms, industry talent training, and support policies for the legal profession. Vice President Wang Tengfeng thanked the Nanjing Lawyers Association for its warm reception and expressed honor at being the first brother association to visit after the Nanjing association's re-election. Meanwhile, Vice President Wang Tengfeng introduced the development of the Shenzhen lawyer industry to Nanjing colleagues, hoping for more opportunities to exchange and learn from the Nanjing Lawyers Association in the future, further strengthening cooperation between the two regions' legal industries, learning from each other's strengths to promote faster and better development.
 

[6] On the morning of the 11th, the delegation visited the Hangzhou Lawyers Association and held discussions with Vice President Huang Weiyuan, Deputy Secretary-General Chen Xiaojing, Deputy Director of the Industry Development Strategy Committee Wang Zheng, and Committee Member Yang Fan. Vice President Huang Weiyuan warmly welcomed the delegation and introduced the development of the Hangzhou lawyer industry and the association's organizational structure. In recent years, the scale of the Hangzhou lawyer industry has steadily increased, with the number of firms and lawyers growing by about 10% annually. Vice President Wang Tengfeng thanked the Hangzhou Lawyers Association for its warm reception and introduced the current state of the Shenzhen lawyer industry to Hangzhou colleagues. Meanwhile, Vice President Wang Tengfeng noted that the resource allocation, market environment, and macro policies between Shenzhen and Hangzhou are similar. The Hangzhou Lawyers Association is meticulous in its work, with many experiences and practices in industry development, talent cultivation, and public legal services worth learning from. He hoped that the two associations would further deepen exchanges and cooperation, learn from each other's strengths, and jointly promote the sustained and healthy development of the legal profession.
 

On the afternoon of the 11th, to learn from advanced law firm management practices, the inspection team also visited Zhejiang Tiance Law Firm, engaging in in-depth exchanges on topics such as law firm management models, advantages of specialized development, talent cultivation methods, and future directions for law firms.
 

During the research period, Vice President Wang Tengfeng, on behalf of the Shenzhen Bar Association, presented souvenirs and the first compiled and published "Shenzhen Lawyer Industry Social Responsibility Report" by the Shenzhen Bar Association's Industry Development Strategy Committee to the Nanjing and Hangzhou Bar Associations. The research study concluded with all participants gaining substantial insights, and the Municipal Bar Association's Industry Development Strategy Committee will actively strive in future work to achieve new accomplishments in promoting the industry development of the Shenzhen Bar Association.
