Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm Young Lawyers Liaison and Development Department Established
On the afternoon of January 18, the inaugural meeting of the Youth Lawyers Liaison and Development Department of Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm was held at the firm, with more than 30 young lawyers from the firm in attendance. Director Wang Tengfeng presided over the meeting establishing the Youth Lawyers Liaison and Development Department. He first introduced the origins, philosophy, and development direction behind the creation of the department, with particular emphasis on its goals of caring for and supporting the growth of young lawyers and advancing and safeguarding the healthy development of the young lawyer community. The meeting collectively elected the leadership team of the Youth Lawyers Liaison and Development Department, consisting of one director and five deputy directors. Attendees also engaged in lively discussions on the organization’s development and the growth of young lawyers, offering opinions and suggestions based on their own practice experiences and challenges. In closing, Director Wang Tengfeng expressed his hope that young lawyers would strengthen communication and that the leadership team of the Youth Lawyers Liaison and Development Department would provide strong service and support, truly fulfilling the department’s functional role, enhancing exchange and cooperation among the firm’s lawyers, elevating the platform for the growth and advancement of the firm’s young lawyers, and promoting the further development of Zhiming Law Firm.
