Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm Young Lawyers Liaison and Development Department Established
On the afternoon of January 18, the establishment meeting of the Young Lawyers Liaison and Development Department of Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm was held at the firm, with over 30 young lawyers attending. Director Wang Tengfeng presided over the meeting to form the department. He first introduced the origin, philosophy, and development direction of the department, emphasizing its goal of caring for and helping young lawyers grow, as well as promoting and ensuring the healthy development of the young lawyer team. The meeting collectively elected the department's leadership team, consisting of one director and five deputy directors. Participants also engaged in lively discussions on the organization's construction, development, and the growth of young lawyers, offering suggestions and opinions based on their own practice experiences and issues. Director Wang Tengfeng finally expressed hope that young lawyers would strengthen communication, and that the leadership team of the Young Lawyers Liaison and Development Department would provide good service and support, truly fulfilling the department's role, enhancing communication and cooperation among the firm's lawyers, and providing a platform for the growth and progress of the firm's young lawyers, thereby promoting the further development of Zhiming Law Firm.
