Yesterday, although Guangzhou's Uncle Ou announced a change of lawyers and news reports circulated that "Guangzhou's Uncle Ou has given up suing the Changsha police over the solicitation incident," Attorney Li Zhiyong confirmed through contact with Xian Yaojun that Xian Yaojun will continue to retain Attorney Li Zhiyong to represent him in administrative reconsideration and litigation, and will not terminate the engagement. This means that Xian Yaojun is not giving up his right to apply for administrative reconsideration and initiate administrative litigation against the Changsha police regarding the solicitation incident.
