[5] Zhiming Lawyers' Lecture Hall Kicks Off the First Lecture of the New Year — Interpreting Legal Practice from the Perspective of Institutional Economics

At the beginning of the new year's work, on the afternoon of February 27, Zhiming Law Firm's "Zhiming Lawyers Lecture Hall" reopened and held its first lecture. This lecture was given by Zhang Yong, a senior partner and experienced lawyer at Zhiming Law Firm, who shared "Basic Concepts and Analytical Methods of Institutional Economics," interpreting legal theory and lawyers' practice from an economic perspective and with an alternative way of thinking. All lawyers, assistants, and administrative support staff on duty at Zhiming Law Firm attended the study session.

At the beginning of the lecture, Lawyer Zhang Yong once again reiterated the importance of learning for practicing law, emphasized the advantages of lawyers having an interdisciplinary professional background, and encouraged everyone to keep learning and strive to improve in their work. During the lecture, Lawyer Zhang introduced relevant concepts of institutional economics and used economic terms such as cost analysis, rational economic man, and internal (external) factors to interpret legal theory and legal practice, giving the trainees a refreshing new perspective. Questions and interactive Q&A were also held on site.
