On the afternoon of July 4, 2014, the Zhiming Litigation Art Research Center and Zhiming Lawyers Academy organized their first learning and exchange activity after establishment in the conference room of Zhiming Law Firm. Director Wang Tengfeng personally attended and delivered an important speech before the activity, emphasizing the importance of in-house learning, exchange, and research.

The organizer of this activity, Lawyer Zhang Yong, first introduced the origin, purpose, and preliminary activity plan of establishing the research center and academy, and then shared the experience of handling a tort case. With the help of a carefully prepared PPT presentation, Lawyer Zhang Yong explained in detail the entire process and final outcome of the tort case, and extracted both positive and negative aspects of the case-handling experience to share with everyone. Participants expressed that they had gained something and supported and affirmed the idea of the research center and lawyers academy enhancing the professional quality of Zhiming lawyers and strengthening team building through learning and exchange activities, looking forward to more and more exciting learning and exchange activities in the future.
