Case review
Yesterday morning, a Weibo user posted a photo showing the rear windshield of a private car with Jiangsu Nantong license plate Su FF26**, bearing the words "Victory, Japanese General Army Unit 731." The user then tagged "Jiangsu Net Police," saying, "This is too much, teach him a lesson."
The post sparked heated discussion among netizens, with many condemning the car owner's behavior. One netizen commented, "He's really sick, and seriously so."
Shortly after, the Chongchuan Branch of Nantong Public Security Bureau issued a police notice stating that the black car had inappropriate stickers, causing a negative social impact. Around 11 a.m. that day, the vehicle and its owner were legally taken under control.
According to the police notice, the owner, surnamed Yin, out of curiosity, purchased inappropriate stickers online and displayed them on his private car to show off. Yin confessed to the above illegal acts. The stickers have been ordered to be removed. Yin was legally given a 15-day administrative detention penalty.

[1] The author's perspective
During the War of Resistance Against Japan, the notorious Unit 731 of the Japanese army established a secret base in Northeast China. Under the pretext of researching disease prevention and water purification, they actually conducted experiments with biological and chemical weapons on live Chinese, Korean, and Allied prisoners of war, committing countless heinous crimes. Multiple government documents and confessions from those involved show that Unit 731 carried out inhumane experiments on living humans in Northeast China, with at least 1,467 people subjected to vivisection. They also waged anti-human biological and gas warfare, resulting in over 2 million people being infected with plague and other diseases...
The brutal aggression of Japan's Unit 731, which treated human life as worthless, violated international law, engaged in foreign invasion and expansion, plundered resources, and trampled on China's sovereignty, stands as a crucial testament to the blood and tears that the Chinese nation must never forget.
Looking back at the parties involved in this case, perhaps they were born in a time of peace, or perhaps the lessons of history did not leave a deep enough impression on them, but there is no way they could be unaware of the meaning of Unit 731. In July this year, the exhibition of the preservation achievements of the Unit 731旧址 opened at the Exhibition Hall of the Crimes Evidence of the Japanese Invasion Army Unit 731. A large number of physical evidence, such as electric egg incubators, glassware for experiments, and burial pits for concealing evidence, were displayed for the first time. These cold instruments, these records filled with sin, despite the passage of time, still send chills down one's spine. It is unimaginable how miserable the Chinese trapped inside were, how their lives were devoid of sunlight. In today's bright and clear skies, can the departed souls not awaken his patriotism? Even more ridiculous is that if, as he said, "Japan's Unit 731 will surely win," then he might never have appeared in this world at all.
The saying "Ignorance is innocence" is certainly wrong. We must not only be mindful of our words and actions, avoiding illegal and criminal behavior, but also possess basic common sense. Otherwise, we will not only be spurned by the people but also face legal sanctions. Although this punishment may seem minor, the author sincerely hopes that such ignorant parties and such mindless merchants will never appear again.
