Lawyer Li Yuming
Graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law with a Bachelor of Laws degree. Obtained lawyer qualification in 2000. From 2001 to 2012, practiced at Chongqing New Shancheng (formerly Real Estate) Law Firm. Since 2003, has been serving as a partner lawyer at Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm.
During my practice, I have adhered to the principles of "diligence, efficiency, and service," and handled a large number of cases, including construction engineering disputes, real estate sales contract disputes, real estate lease disputes, corporate creditor-debt disputes, corporate mergers and acquisitions and restructuring, marriage and family disputes, intellectual property infringement disputes, labor disputes, as well as various criminal defense cases such as fraud, robbery, intentional injury, and drug trafficking.
Previously served as the head of legal affairs at Kaisa Group (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Chenghan Investment Development Co., Ltd., with extensive hands-on experience in identifying and mitigating legal risks in real estate development, property management, and construction enterprise financing, mergers and acquisitions, operational management, and urban renewal project execution.
