The new Company Law further clarifies the accelerated maturity system. If the company is unable to pay due debts, creditors may demand early payment from shareholders whose capital contribution period has not yet expired.
The subscription period should not be excessively long. Although the law allows shareholders to agree on the subscription period independently, an unreasonably long period may lead to shareholder liability.
