Zhiming lawyer forces Jiayuan to compensate for infringement losses of 100,000 yuan.

Recently, the case of trademark infringement against the Jiayuan.com wedding website, pursued by our firm's director lawyer Wang Tengfeng on behalf of Xique.com, was resolved just before the second-instance trial at the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court: Jiayuan.com, under pressure of losing the case, proactively sought a settlement and voluntarily agreed to compensate Mr. Liu Huaqing, the trademark owner of Xique.com, RMB 100,000. Mr. Liu Huaqing, with a tolerant attitude, agreed to Jiayuan.com's settlement offer, and both parties reached a settlement. Jiayuan.com has since paid the trademark infringement compensation of RMB 100,000 to Mr. Liu Huaqing, who has agreed to withdraw the related lawsuit.
