    In mid-2011, Shenzhen Minxiang Company leased a property from Hu to be used as a hotel. It was agreed that Hu would guarantee the legality of the leased property and provide relevant documents to Minxiang Company for handling business procedures. Minxiang Company made substantial upfront investments to renovate the property, but when applying for the business license, it was discovered that the property was actually a self-built house owned by someone else, and Hu himself did not hold the property ownership certificate. After encountering obstacles in obtaining the license and failing to reach an agreement with Hu, Minxiang Company entrusted Zhiming, the director of Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm, to file a lawsuit against Hu in court.

Attorney Zhiming, with the assistance of his colleagues, lawyers Cao Guanghui and Zhao Cuihua, vigorously refuted Hu's various evasions regarding his breach of contract in court. Ultimately, in August 2013, the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court ruled in favor of Minxiang Company in the second instance, ordering Hu to compensate Minxiang Company 57 yuan. However, after the judgment took effect, Minxiang Company reported that Hu showed no intention to compensate and often had his phone turned off, making him unreachable. Attorney Zhiming speculated that Hu was likely transferring his assets. To this end, Attorney Zhiming immediately assigned his assistant, lawyer Xi Na, to investigate Hu's financial situation. After confirming the above speculation, Attorney Zhiming decisively dispatched his assistant, lawyer Ai Cuicui, to communicate the situation with the judge and promptly apply for compulsory execution and preservation of assets, thereby freezing Hu's property and rendering it immovable. At the same time, Attorney Zhiming sternly warned Hu not to defy the court's effective judgment, or he would commit a criminal offense!

Thanks to the collective efforts of the Zhiming legal team, Hu, who had no other recourse, was forced to humble himself and seek reconciliation with Minxiang Company, pleading with them to cease the aforementioned legal actions, and ultimately reached a settlement agreement. Afterwards, representatives of Minxiang Company made a special visit and presented two silk banners as a token of gratitude.
