    In mid-2011, Shenzhen Minxiang Company leased a house from Hu for use as a hotel. It was agreed that Hu must ensure the legality of the leased house and provide relevant documents to Minxiang Company for business procedures. Minxiang Company invested heavily in renovating the house early on, but when handling business procedures, it discovered that the house was actually a self-built property of another person, and Hu himself had no property ownership certificate. After encountering obstacles in obtaining the certificate and failing to negotiate with Hu, Minxiang Company entrusted Wang Tengfeng, director of Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm, to sue Hu in court.
 

    Attorney Wang Tengfeng, with the assistance of his aides Attorney Cao Guanghui and Attorney Zhao Cuihua, vigorously refuted Hu's various sophistries regarding his breach of contract in court. Ultimately, the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court ruled in favor of Minxiang Company in its second-instance judgment in August 2013, ordering Hu to compensate Minxiang Company 57 yuan. However, after the judgment took effect, Minxiang Company reported that Hu not only showed no intention of compensating but also frequently turned off his phone, making him unreachable. Attorney Wang Tengfeng speculated that Hu was likely transferring his assets. To this end, Attorney Wang Tengfeng immediately instructed his aide Attorney Xi Na to investigate Hu's property status. After confirming the above speculation, Attorney Wang Tengfeng decisively dispatched his aide Attorney Ai Cuicui to communicate the situation with the judge and promptly applied for compulsory enforcement and property preservation, freezing Hu's assets and rendering them immovable. At the same time, Attorney Wang Tengfeng sternly warned Hu not to defy the effective court judgment, or else he would commit a criminal offense!
 

    Through the efforts of Attorney Wang Tengfeng's team, Hu, having no way out, had to kneel and beg Minxiang Company for a settlement, pleading for them to cease the above legal actions, and ultimately reached a settlement agreement. Afterwards, representatives of Minxiang Company specially visited to express their gratitude and presented two silk banners.
