In early December 2012, the party Wang Moumou was sued by the landlord and became an innocent defendant, seeking legal assistance from Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm. After communicating with Chief Lawyer Wang Tengfeng, Lawyer Wang learned that the landlord of the rented shop Wang Moumou leased had violated the agreement by arbitrarily doubling the rent, to which Wang Moumou objected. When Wang Moumou paid the rent at the original agreed amount, the landlord initially refused to accept it, later accepted it but noted on the receipt that only "partial rent" was received. Subsequently, the landlord used this receipt as evidence to sue Wang Moumou, concealing the fact that he had known Wang Moumou was the head of a chain pharmacy, falsely claiming he only found out later, and accusing Wang Moumou of unauthorized subleasing. After detailed investigation and careful analysis, Lawyer Wang and Lawyer Cao Guanghui clearly pointed out in court that the plaintiff, driven by profit, violated the agreement by doubling the rent to seek higher rental income, and the claim of unauthorized subleasing by Wang Moumou was purely to support his malicious unilateral rent increase. Ultimately, the court accepted the lawyers' opinions and dismissed all of the plaintiff's claims.
