Won debt dispute case for Shenzhen Political Consultative Conference "Pengcheng" Magazine.

In the second half of last year, the "Pengcheng" Magazine (hereinafter referred to as "Pengcheng"), sponsored by the Shenzhen Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, became involved in a dispute with its cooperative partner, Shenzhen Yinzhong Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yinzhong") over the latter's failure to pay 1 million yuan in cooperation funds owed to Pengcheng. After multiple unsuccessful negotiations with Yinzhong, Pengcheng approached Zhiming Law Firm and entrusted its director, Attorney Zhiming, to act as its legal representative in handling the cooperation agreement dispute with Shenzhen Yinzhong Industrial Co., Ltd. Upon accepting the commission, Attorney Zhiming analyzed the case and, through considerable effort, uncovered clues regarding the opposing party's assets. The case proceeded through the stages of litigation, property preservation, public notice, and court hearings. By the end of last year, the court rendered a first-instance judgment, ordering the defendant, Shenzhen Yinzhong Industrial Co., Ltd., to pay the plaintiff, "Pengcheng" Magazine, the principal amount owed plus interest, resulting in a complete victory for the plaintiff, "Pengcheng" Magazine. The defendant did not file an appeal within the appeal period, and the case has now entered the execution stage.
