2003 Laser Equipment Sales Contract Dispute Case
Attorney Zhiming represented Mr. Fan, an industrial and commercial household in Dongguan City, in a dispute arising from the purchase of laser engraving system equipment from Shenzhen Han's Laser Technology Co., Ltd. Due to Han's company's delayed delivery and product quality issues, Attorney Zhiming filed a lawsuit on behalf of Mr. Fan with the Futian District People's Court. After trial, the court ruled partially in favor of the plaintiff, Mr. Fan.
