Fostering team spirit, showcasing the courage of warriors—Celebrating the 11th anniversary of Zhiming Law Firm with a trip to Qingyuan
To celebrate the 11th anniversary of Zhiming, our institute held an outdoor experience activity on May 21, 2011, traveling to Qingyuan, known as the 'Hometown of Rafting in China,' for an exciting rafting adventure.
Departing from Shenzhen to Qingyuan, the journey was filled with laughter and joy. Upon arrival in Qingyuan, we immediately tasted the local specialties——Qingyuan chicken and various farmhouse snacks, with a simple and natural flavor.
Afterwards, we drove to Shenlong Gorge. Walking up the stone steps along the mountain stream, we saw winding mountain paths and pavilions facing each other, accompanied all the way by exotic flowers and plants. Upon reaching the top of the mountain, we arrived at our destination for this trip: Jiudao Valley Rafting. Jiudao Valley Rafting is famous for its nine valleys with drastic drops and thrilling turns. The entire experience took about 90 minutes.
During the rafting process, you must wear a life jacket and a helmet (men wear green helmets) haha... Usually, there are two people per boat. Once on the boat, you encounter a place with a relatively large drop. At this moment, the fear in your heart finally finds an outlet, and high-decibel screams echo in the sky... soon to be drowned out by the sound of the waves... In an instant, you reach a buffer zone, and an intense water battle begins: everyone holds a 'weapon'—a water scoop, and people shout and play to their heart's content. Splashes, waves, and shouts attack from all sides, both offensive and defensive, taking revenge for grievances and settling scores... haha, the whole process is spent in an exciting, joyful, and harmonious atmosphere.
On the way back to Shenzhen, everyone was still spiritedly discussing the fun stories from the rafting. This trip not only strengthened the construction of corporate culture, but also enhanced team cohesion, promoted emotional connections among colleagues, and allowed everyone to regain their childlike innocence, enjoying themselves so much that they did not want to leave!
