The year 2009 is coming to an end, and the annual New Year feast is approaching. To better organize this event, we hereby notify the meeting agenda as follows, so that everyone can arrange their work in advance and ensure a joyful gathering with colleagues.

Warm Reminder:

1. Parking spaces are available at the event venue. After the event, please use your parking card at the front desk to pay for parking fees.

2. Water activities: The water quality meets national hygiene standards. Swimwear is required for swimming or water activities. Please bring your own swimsuit and swim cap (the swimwear at the club is very expensive).

3. The scheduled event time is from 16:00 to 22:00, to avoid affecting work the next day. If individuals need to extend the activity time, please cover the costs yourself.

4. Event flow: Enter and change clothes (casual wear provided by the water club) → Go to the second-floor sports bar: meeting, games, dinner → Free activities (leisure, entertainment, sports) → If participating in water activities, return to the first floor to change into swimwear (including swimming, water entertainment, medicinal baths, gym).
