Notice on Communicating and Implementing the Content of the Firm's General Meeting:

On the afternoon of August 26, 2008, Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm held a general meeting regarding website revision, optimization of logistics management services, and office fee adjustments. To communicate and implement the meeting's content and spirit, the following matters requiring attention and cooperation from all lawyers are hereby emphasized and notified:

1. In view of the fact that some lawyers were unable to attend the meeting for various reasons, we hereby specially remind lawyers who did not participate in this general meeting (including those absent without reason) to proactively come to the firm's office to study the meeting spirit and collect relevant materials. All lawyers in the firm must fill out the "Confirmation Form for Selection of Office Cooperation Methods" and proactively return it to the office before August 28, 2008.

2. To keep pace with the times, the firm intends to improve relevant business documents. We have preliminarily drafted five types of entrustment agency contract templates (electronic texts are placed in the "Front Desk" folder). All lawyers in the firm are requested to actively provide written opinions and suggestions on the draft entrustment agency contracts (including other business documents), and leave them in the folder or submit them to the office.
