Zhiming Law Firm appointed as the only designated rights protection law firm in Guangdong by the China Environmental Protection Federation
Zhiming Law Firm has been appointed as the only designated environmental rights protection volunteer law firm in the Guangdong region by the China Environmental Protection Federation.
Wang Tengfeng, the director lawyer of Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm, traveled to Beijing in late November to attend the founding conference of the Environmental Rights Protection Volunteer Organization of the All-China Environment Federation. He brought back a shiny and weighty certificate from the organization, becoming one of ten environmental rights protection volunteer law firms nationwide and the only volunteer law firm in Guangdong Province.
The China Environmental Protection Federation is a non-profit, nationwide social organization approved by the State Council of the People's Republic of China, registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs, and supervised by the State Environmental Protection Administration. It is voluntarily formed by individuals, enterprises, and institutions dedicated to environmental protection. Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm was established in March 2000 and currently has 33 practicing lawyers. Director Lawyer Wang Tengfeng is a senior legal expert with 23 years of practice. He has been engaged as legal counsel for the First China (Shenzhen) International High-Tech Member Fair, legal assistant to the Standing Committee of the Shenzhen Municipal People's Congress, and is currently engaged as a bid evaluation legal expert and special audit supervisor for the Shenzhen Municipal Government.
