Attorney Huang Yuanshen of Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm represented Mr. Zhu Cheng, who was unlawfully dismissed, in filing a rights protection claim against Shenzhen Xiangjiang Plastic Products Co., Ltd. After a year-long process involving labor arbitration, first-instance trial, and second-instance trial, a final victory was achieved. The Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court recently issued the final judgment, supporting all of Mr. Zhu Cheng's claims. Mr. Zhu Cheng was extremely thrilled and, to express his gratitude for the arduous efforts and courageous advocacy of the handling attorney at our firm, specially commissioned a banner and delivered it to Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm.
