Recently, a new enforcement record was added against Li Yapeng and his brother Li Yawei, with an enforcement amount of 40 million yuan, involving a contract dispute case. The enforcing court is the Chaoyang District People's Court of Beijing.

 
 

It is reported that Li Yapeng and his brother were subject to enforcement proceedings for failing to fulfill their legal obligations on time, and the case was filed by the Enforcement Division of the Beijing Chaoyang Court on April 13, 2023.

Beijing Taihe Youlian Investment Co., Ltd. once invested RMB 60 million in the company of the Li Yapeng brothers (Lijiang Xueshan Investment Co., Ltd.), and it was agreed that it would obtain a 10% equity stake in Xueshan Company. After the expiration of the project's three-year development cycle, Taihe Youlian Company would first recover the agreed fixed equity income of RMB 40 million. Because Li Yapeng's side had consistently failed to pay the relevant amounts, Taihe Youlian Company, after unsuccessful debt collection, sued Li Yapeng, Li Yawei, and the guarantor company in the Chaoyang District People's Court of Beijing.

On July 6 last year, the Beijing Third Intermediate People's Court issued a final ruling in the case involving Li Yapeng's "40 million yuan debt," dismissing the appeal by Li Yapeng and his brother Li Yawei and upholding the original judgment.
