Recently, Li Yapeng and his brother Li Yawei were added as subjects of enforcement information, with the enforcement target being 40 million yuan, involving a contract dispute case, and the enforcement court is the Beijing Chaoyang District People's Court.

 
 

It is reported that Li Yapeng and his brother were applied for compulsory enforcement due to failing to fulfill legal obligations on time, and the case was filed by the Enforcement Bureau of the Beijing Chaoyang Court on April 13, 2023.

Beijing Taihe Youlian Investment Co., Ltd. once invested 60 million yuan in the company of the Li brothers (Lijiang Snow Mountain Investment Co., Ltd.), agreeing to obtain a 10% stake in Snow Mountain Company. After the three-year development period of the project ended, Taihe Youlian Company was to first recover the agreed fixed equity return of 40 million yuan. Because Li Yapeng's side had not paid the relevant款项, Taihe Youlian Company, after failing to collect the debt, sued Li Yapeng, Li Yawei, and the guarantee company in the Beijing Chaoyang District People's Court.

On July 6 last year, the Beijing Third Intermediate People's Court made a final judgment on the case of Li Yapeng "owing 40 million yuan," rejecting the appeals of Li Yapeng and his brother Li Yawei and upholding the original verdict.
