A letter of thanks from the involved party, Luo Liang.
[4] Thank-You Letter
[5] I am a Hong Kong resident. My nephew, surnamed Xu, was detained and arrested on suspicion of being hired by others to carry smuggled firearms and ammunition into the country. After my nephew’s incident, I consulted several law firms and learned that the firearms and ammunition he carried would result in a sentence of at least ten years, or even life imprisonment.
In order to restore my nephew's freedom as soon as possible, I found Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm, which is known for handling difficult, major, and complex cases, and invited Chief Lawyer Wang Tengfeng, the founder of literary and artistic rights litigation, to personally appear in court. During the audit, I personally experienced the excellent defense of Director Wang Tengfeng and Lawyer Cao Guanghui, to the extent that the prosecutor suggested in court that the judge give my nephew a lighter sentence.
In the end, my nephew was only sentenced to one and a half years in prison and will be home in a few months. Although we hoped for a light sentence, we never expected the defense by Director Wang Tengfeng and Attorney Cao Guanghui to be so effective. Hiring Zhiming Law Firm to defend my nephew was the best decision I have ever made. Receiving the verdict today, our family is truly satisfied and deeply grateful to Zhiming lawyers!
