Inheritance disputes are a common social phenomenon in daily life, with countless examples of family members turning against each other over property. Objective inheritance rights refer to the qualification of a citizen, before inheritance begins, to accept the deceased's estate according to legal provisions or a will's designation—that is, the capacity to inherit property. Subjective inheritance rights refer to the actual property rights a successor holds over the deceased's estate when legal conditions are met—rights that already belong to the successor and bring them tangible property benefits. This type of inheritance right is linked to the successor's subjective will; it can not only be accepted, exercised, but also renounced, representing a realistic, property-based inheritance right. The realization of inheritance rights begins upon the death or declared death of the deceased.
