On March 31, the Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School Senior Management Education Alumni Association Spring Festival Tea Party was held at the InterContinental Shenzhen Nanshan OCT Hotel. The annual event, themed "Peking University Bond · Bay Area Dream," focused on discussing "China's Economic Structural Adjustment and Development Opportunities." It gathered entrepreneurial wisdom, identified potential economic trends, and proposed new investment ideas and solutions.

[5] Professor Zeng Hui, Vice President and Doctoral Supervisor of Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School, delivered the first speech. He affirmed the positive role of the Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School Senior Management Education Alumni Association in promoting exchanges among alumni and between alumni and the school, as well as in advancing the construction and development of Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School. At the same time, he put forward clear requirements and earnest expectations for the first council members. He hoped that the council would fulfill its duties with dedication, adhere to the purpose of serving alumni, and continuously strengthen the association's own development; uphold the mission of serving society, and continuously pool the wisdom and talent of alumni; and take responsibility for serving the alma mater, and continuously strengthen communication and ties between alumni and the school. He urged the council to maximize the role of the alumni association and serve as the strongest support for all alumni.

Chen Tao, president of the Peking University Shenzhen Senior Management Education Alumni Association, introduced that the association was established on January 7, 2018, as a non-profit organization voluntarily formed by numerous students for learning, sharing, cooperation, and exchange. A total of 96 outstanding students were elected as executive vice presidents, vice presidents, and council members. He believes that the establishment of the association aligns with the requirements of the new era and the development of the Greater Bay Area, serving as a bridge between students and the school, a platform for interconnection among students, and a significant event in the school's alumni work. He stated that he will lead the association in focusing on three aspects: uniting efforts, upholding rules and promoting righteousness, and engaging in charitable public welfare, to bring honor to the alma mater and contribute to the construction of the Greater Bay Area.

Chen Wei, chairman of Shenzhen Oriental Fortune Investment Management Co., Ltd., delivered a keynote speech titled "Creating Another Ten Trillion: New Opportunities for China's Venture Capital," analyzing China's current economic structure and encouraging diversification in venture capital. He believes that China's economy shows six major trends: 1. Over the next 10-15 years, China's economy will continue to grow at a rate of 5%. 2. The digital wave is accelerating strongly. 3. The intelligent wave is increasingly driving economic growth. 4. The technological progress wave is developing rapidly. 5. Dozens of companies with market values exceeding one trillion and hundreds with market values exceeding one hundred billion are emerging. 6. The launch of the STAR Market will drive reform of the issuance review system.

Zhai Jingyong, chairman of Shenzhen Rongshu Investment Management Co., Ltd., shared a keynote speech titled "Value and Growth," helping entrepreneurs present accurately grasp policy development directions and providing important information for decision-making support. He pointed out that over the next 5-10 years, China's industrial structure will undergo a new round of changes, with the rise of the semiconductor industry chain being sufficient to counter the United States. Additionally, using examples of market value rankings of Chinese listed companies from 2008-2018 and stock price comparisons of domestic and international tech giants, he reminded investors to consider changes in industrial structure during the process of institutional dividend investment and to recognize investment opportunities brought by data concepts.

Chen Bing, a special commentator for Shenzhen Media Group's "Live from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan," delivered a keynote speech titled "Sino-US Trade: Process and Outcome." He analyzed the three stages of the Sino-US trade war and the strengths and weaknesses of both sides, explaining how to view the trade war rationally. He believes that competition will outweigh cooperation in the future of Sino-US relations.

       The annual meeting also featured a charity awards ceremony, honoring philanthropic entrepreneurs, individual donors, and role models.

Finally, Xiao Ling, Vice President of the Peking University Shenzhen Executive Education Alumni Association and General Director of the annual meeting, shared behind-the-scenes stories of the event's preparation, including how the alumni association framework was established and the entire communication and coordination process for the annual meeting. She expressed gratitude to all the teachers and students in the preparation team, as well as every leader, guest, and dear classmate who participated, emphasizing that it was because of everyone present that this Peking University spring tea party was presented beautifully and perfectly, with a full house.
