Jindi Langyue Garden, the first "Integrity Demonstration Community" in Pingshan District and the city's first "Community Spokesperson" system, serves as the platform for the Party branch pairing and co-construction, participating in building a grassroots governance system integrating "six types of governance." Ping Shan District has been awarded the Fifth "China Rule of Law Government Award," ranked among the "Top 100 Counties" for national government administrative integrity in 2019, and received Shenzhen's "Leading in the Two Construction" work title. The district actively explores a new grassroots social governance model led by "politics," ensured by "rule of law," advocated by "virtue governance," based on "self-governance," driven by "intelligent governance," and grasped by "heart governance." This has provided a favorable atmosphere for signing the pairing and co-construction agreement and will also strongly support achievements in the Party branch pairing and co-construction.

In the aforementioned joint construction agreement, the three party branches achieve innovation in party building methods through complementary advantages and resource sharing, fully exerting the combat fortress role of the party branches and the vanguard and exemplary role of party members.
