To deepen the study of Party history education and implement the "I Do Practical Things for the Masses" activity, on the afternoon of June 11, the second training session of the "Park Party School" in Shizishan High-tech Zone and the "I Do Practical Things for the Masses · Legal Lecture into Enterprises" activity were held in the high-tech zone conference room. Attorney Jin Xin from Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm was invited to give a lecture on the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China.

 

During the lecture, Attorney Jin used case explanations and a combination of text and images to provide a detailed interpretation of legal provisions related to contracts, property rights, marriage, and torts that are closely relevant to enterprises and the public. This helped everyone realize that the Civil Code is not only a code to protect their own rights but also a set of norms that all members of society must follow, further guiding them to consciously develop legal awareness, form the habit of seeking legal solutions when encountering problems, and cultivate the ability to rely on the law to resolve difficulties.
 
Since the beginning of this year, Shizishan High-tech Zone has adhered to the "I Do Practical Things for the Masses" practice as a starting point, vigorously implementing six major projects: the "Government Service Efficiency Improvement" project, the "Road Traffic Convenience" project, the "Environmental Quality Enhancement" project, the "Talent Apartment Construction" project, the "Employment Service Optimization" project, and the "Power Supply Guarantee" project, focusing on solving the concerns, troubles, and worries of enterprises and the masses, and wholeheartedly creating a business environment that "pleases those near and attracts those far."
