Attorney Li Zuolin was invited to the themed training for the "Guangdong Province Work Safety Regulations" Publicity Week
On the afternoon of December 5, Lawyer Li Zuolin from Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm was invited to participate in a training session on the interpretation and case study of the Guangdong Province Work Safety Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations"), hosted by Shenzhen Talent Housing Group Co., Ltd. and organized by Shenzhen Luohu Talent Housing Co., Ltd.
During the training, Lawyer Li Zuolin presented on the background of the Regulations' revision, comparisons between old and new provisions, and ten major highlights. He provided a detailed interpretation of key clauses concerning production safety guarantees for business entities, supervision and management of work safety, and legal responsibilities. He also linked certain provisions of the Regulations to related content in the Work Safety Law, the Criminal Law, and the Interpretation on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in Handling Criminal Cases of Endangering Production Safety (II), selecting typical work safety accident cases for analysis. This further deepened the participants' understanding of the importance of work safety and enhanced their comprehension of the Regulations and safety management.
