11 Lawyers from Zhiming Law Firm Become Volunteers at Yantian Community Residents' Dispute Mediation Volunteer Service Station [Shenzhen Lawyers Association]
To promote social harmony and stability and ensure the smooth hosting of the Universiade, on June 21, Yantian District established "Community Resident Dispute Mediation Volunteer Service Stations" in 18 communities within its jurisdiction. Upon learning of the news, lawyers from Zhiming Law Firm actively signed up to participate, and 11 lawyers including Wang Tengfeng became volunteers at the volunteer service stations.
On the afternoon of June 23, lawyer volunteers attended the Yantian District People's Mediation Business Training Program and listened to a lecture delivered by Judge Wang Hong of the Civil Adjudication Division of the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court, an expert mediator in Guangdong Province. In accordance with the provisions of the Work Plan for the Community Peace Volunteer Service Action Initiative in Yantian District, the lawyer volunteers will be responsible for mediation and legal awareness efforts in their respective communities, providing volunteer legal services for building a harmonious and safe Yantian.
