[2] [Shenzhen Lawyers Association] Representatives of Zhiming Law Firm Invited to Attend Shenzhen Taiwanese Youth Summer Internship Experience Sharing Session
On August 15, as the 2018 Taiwan Youth Internship and Exchange Program in Mainland China drew to a successful close, a sharing session on the internship experiences of Taiwanese youth, co-hosted by the Taiwan Work Office of the CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee and the Taiwan Outstanding Youth Exchange Promotion Association, was grandly held at the Shenzhen People's Building. Lin Aixuan, a young Taiwanese legal professional who had been studying and exchanging at Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm, along with 93 other young students visiting the mainland, shared her learning and work experiences with approximately 400 guests in attendance. Lawyer Wang Tengfeng, Director of Zhiming Law Firm, trainee lawyer Jin Xin, and administrative supervisor Xu Jing were invited to attend the meeting as representatives of the host organization for this cross-strait youth exchange activity.
Lin Aixuan introduced Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm to the attending guests and shared the original intention of choosing Zhiming Law Firm for internship as the only law graduate student who came to Shenzhen for this exchange. Huasheng passionately shared his learning and work experiences over the past month. She said that although the internship was short, she gained a lot, and Director Wang Tengfeng and colleagues at Zhiming Institute showed great care for her. As a law student, being able to personally experience the working environment and judicial environment of mainland lawyers at Zhiming Institute is a rare and valuable personal experience that will benefit me for life. Especially the literary and artistic rights protection litigation pioneered by Zhiming Law Firm has broken through the rigid bottleneck and limitations of the traditional statutory legal litigation in mainland China. Her exquisite skills in skillfully using emotions, reason, and law to vividly and flexibly solve difficult and complex cases have left a fresh impression on her, and she has also deeply experienced the superb level of outstanding litigation lawyers in mainland China represented by Zhiming Law Firm. She also stated that after returning to Taiwan, she will share more about literary and artistic rights litigation with her mentor and classmates, and make efforts to promote legal theory and practical exchanges between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait.
After the meeting, the Taiwan Outstanding Youth Exchange Promotion Association presented a letter of appreciation to Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm in gratitude for its strong support and assistance to this cross-strait youth exchange activity.
