Guangdong Lawyers Association: The Second Plenary Meeting of 2018 of the Information Network and High-Tech Professional Committee of the 11th Guangdong Lawyers Association Was Held in Shenzhen
On April 21, 2018, the second plenary meeting of 2018 of the Information Network and High-Tech Professional Committee of the 11th Guangdong Lawyers Association was held in Shenzhen. A total of 24 people attended the meeting, including Luo Zhenhui, Director of the Professional Committee; Hu Shibo, Tian Zijun, Zhan Zhaoxia, and Liu Ping, Deputy Directors; Li Weibin, Secretary-General; and committee members. Wang Tengfeng, Deputy Supervisor of the Guangdong Lawyers Association, attended the meeting as a non-voting participant. The meeting was presided over by Secretary-General Li Weibin.
At the meeting, Director Luo Zhenhui summarized the work of the Information Network and High-Tech Professional Committee for the year 2017 and invited Deputy Supervisor Wang Tengfeng to present certificates to the outstanding committee members of 2017. To implement the 2018 work plan, the committee continued to follow the principle of assigning responsibilities to specific individuals, divided the committee members into groups with specific tasks, and conducted in-depth discussions and made concrete arrangements regarding the committee's work plan for the year and the principles, topics, and other matters concerning the second professional activity.
The attending committee members conducted thorough research and engaged in lively discussions, putting forward numerous constructive and feasible innovative suggestions, laying a solid foundation for the smooth implementation of the committee's work this year.
Finally, Deputy Supervisor Wang Tengfeng delivered supervisory opinions, and Director Luo Zhenhui gave a concluding speech. They expressed hope that all committee members would further strengthen their own development, establish strategic cooperative relationships through the committee, expand areas of business cooperation, and look forward to the committee achieving more innovative and constructive work results this year.
The legal field of information networks and high-tech has the distinctive characteristic of involving a wide range of departmental laws and spanning multiple legal practice areas.
