To refine the cultural essence of Shenzhen law firms, enhance their cultural sophistication, and consolidate the professional spirit of Shenzhen lawyers, the Lawyer Cultural Construction and Rules Committee organized the "2014 Law Firm Cultural Construction Individual Awards" selection event. On December 11, 2014, the Shenzhen Bar Association held an award ceremony for the 2014 "Outstanding Journal Award," "Outstanding Website Award," and the finalists for "Outstanding Logo," "Outstanding Journal," and "Outstanding Website" awards. Vice President Huang Sizhou, Supervisor Wang Jinsong, representatives from participating units, and 50 members of the Cultural Construction and Rules Committee attended the ceremony. The event was hosted by Wang Tengfeng, Director of the Lawyer Cultural Construction and Rules Committee.

Director Wang Tengfeng introduced the background of this event and the relevant details of the selection process. The selection activity solicited applications from law firms across the city. After an initial screening by the Municipal Bar Association's Cultural Construction Selection Working Group and a review by the Selection Review Team, the winner for Outstanding Firm Publication was Guangdong Zhongxi Law Firm, and the winner for Outstanding Website was Guangdong Lianjian Law Firm. Additionally, law firms shortlisted for Outstanding Firm Logo include: Guangdong Xingchen Law Firm, Guangdong Sihao Law Firm, Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm, Guangdong Lianjian Law Firm, and Guangdong Jinmei Law Firm; those shortlisted for Outstanding Firm Publication include: Guangdong Zhongxi Law Firm, Guangdong Yaerde Law Firm, Beijing Yingke (Shenzhen) Law Firm, Guangdong Baocheng Law Firm, and Guangdong Lianjian Law Firm; those shortlisted for Outstanding Website include: Guangdong Lianjian Law Firm, Guangdong Zhongxi Law Firm, Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm, Guangdong Ruiting Law Firm, and Beijing Yingke (Shenzhen) Law Firm.

Vice President Huang Sizhou and Director Wang Tengfeng presented awards to the winning law firms. Director Li Yuanyong of Guangdong Zhongxi Law Firm, winner of the Outstanding Firm Publication award, shared his experience and noted that maintaining an excellent firm publication requires persistence, as it is challenging for lawyers to write articles and compile publications amid their busy practice. Lawyer Wang Jinsong, a partner at Guangdong Lianjian Law Firm, winner of the Outstanding Website award, shared insights into his firm's management culture and learning atmosphere. Attendees actively participated in discussions, showcasing the cultural spirit of their respective law firms and sharing experiences in cultural construction and management.

Vice President Huang Sizhou pointed out that the cultural construction of lawyers and law firms contributes to the advancement of the legal profession. The strict scoring criteria of this selection activity ensured that the winning law firms were truly deserving.
