[1] Eight lawyers from our city appointed as "special mediators" by Yantian District [Shenzhen Lawyers Association]
On the afternoon of August 21, 2012, the Yantian District Justice Bureau held the appointment ceremony for Yantian District “Special Mediators” at the District Party School. Leaders attending the ceremony included Zou Congbing, Deputy Director of the Municipal Justice Bureau; Gao Xiaobo, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and Secretary of the District Political and Legal Affairs Commission; and Ye Jian, Deputy Secretary of the District Political and Legal Affairs Commission and Director of the District Justice Bureau.
The leaders present highly affirmed the efforts and contributions made by lawyers in mediating civil disputes, easing social conflicts, upholding social fairness and justice, and promoting social harmony and stability. Eight lawyers were appointed as the first batch of “Special Mediators” for Yantian District by virtue of their extensive legal expertise and practical experience: Wang Tengfeng and Zhang Hongliang from Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm in our city, and Hu Changjiang, Huang Yuanbing, Yao Qi, Zhao Guangqun, Huang Xiaoxia, and Nie Xinguo from Guangdong Shengtai & Tai Law Firm.
