On September 3, 2019, President Lin Changchi chaired the 28th President's Office Meeting of the 10th Session. Vice Presidents Zhang Cheng, Yang Xiao, Yin Chenggang, Zeng Mai, Han Jun, and Wang Tengfeng attended the meeting. Supervisory Committee Chair Wei Hanjiao, Public Welfare Committee Director Sun Chengxu, and Internship Committee Deputy Director Zhang Jian were present as observers.

The meeting studied and discussed the "Report on the Establishment of the Shenzhen Legal Services Public Welfare Foundation," and reviewed and approved the "Report on Amending the Management Measures for Shenzhen Interns," the "Report on Applying for the Use of Public Welfare Funds to Pay Lawyers' Fees in Administrative Litigation Cases," the "Report on Reviewing the List of Shenzhen Lawyers Sign Language Legal Service Team," the "Report on Condoling the 2019 '1+1' China Legal Aid Volunteer Lawyers," and the "Work Plan for the Intern Work Committee's Study Tour to the Lawyers Associations of Wuhan, Chongqing, and Chengdu."
