[3] On August 11, 2017, to further strengthen cooperation with Shenzhen Library, enhance legal publicity efforts, and promote the positive image of Shenzhen lawyers, Wang Tengfeng, Vice President of Shenzhen Lawyers Association, and Chen Wei, Director of the Publicity Work Committee of Shenzhen Lawyers Association, visited Shenzhen Library for exchange. They were warmly received by Wang Bing, Deputy Director of Shenzhen Library, Zhang Sen, Director of the Reference Department, and Librarian Zhang Liang.

[4] Both parties conducted a comprehensive review and summary of the cooperation between Shenzhen Lawyers Association and Shenzhen Library over the past few years. Deputy Director Wang Bing highly praised the lawyers involved in public legal consultations and legal lectures, commending Shenzhen lawyers for their exceptional professional standards and selfless dedication.

[5] Vice President Wang Tengfeng proposed that both sides leverage the advantageous location of Shenzhen Library in the city's CBD and its long-established readership. By utilizing favorable conditions and adopting various forms and approaches, they could vigorously carry out diverse legal education activities, especially the "Lawyers Speak Law" platform. He emphasized the need to fully utilize this platform, mobilize all available lawyer resources, organize outstanding lawyers, select appropriate topics, and tell compelling legal stories to make legal publicity more vivid, engaging, and practical. This would serve the public, address their practical issues, and further disseminate the spirit of the rule of law and legal culture.

[6] Deputy Director Wang Bing and Director Zhang Sen, considering the library's actual circumstances, shared their ideas on how to further collaborate with Shenzhen Lawyers Association in activities like "Lawyers Speak Law" legal lectures. They unanimously agreed that with strong support and assistance from Shenzhen Lawyers Association and the participation of more excellent lawyers, "Lawyers Speak Law" would generate greater social impact in Shenzhen, thereby contributing more to the city's development and the national Belt and Road Initiative.

The two sides held friendly discussions on specific cooperation details, including cooperation methods, teacher allocation, presentation formats, and promotional approaches. Finally, everyone conducted an on-site inspection of the lawyer presentation venue located in the South Study.

This exchange deepened the bond between the Shenzhen Lawyers Association and the Shenzhen Library, enhanced mutual understanding, and reached a consensus. It is believed that in the days ahead, the cooperation between the two sides will become even closer, and the prospects for collaboration will be even broader.
