[1] [Shenzhen Lawyers Association] Continuous Improvement, Endless Learning: The 9th Shenzhen Young Lawyers Advanced Training Class Opens

To enhance the professional capabilities of young lawyers, encourage and support their development toward specialization, and cultivate a positive public image for young lawyers, the Shenzhen Lawyers Association recently held the 9th Shenzhen Young Lawyers Training Program (Commercial Arbitration Track) in accordance with the Shenzhen legal industry's Ten-Year Thousand-Talent Plan. Following preliminary preparations including the issuance of notices, review and screening of application materials, and rigorous written and oral examinations, 40 lawyers were ultimately selected as participants in this training program.
 

On the afternoon of November 24, the opening ceremony of the ninth session of the Young Lawyers Training Program was held in the multi-function hall of the Shenzhen Lawyers Association. Yang Xiao and Wang Tengfeng, Vice Presidents of the Shenzhen Lawyers Association; Liu Zhongjian, Deputy Director of the Youth Work Committee; Liu Yunhai, Deputy Director of the Training Committee; and Dong Yuqin, Assistant to the Director of the Youth Work Committee, attended the opening ceremony. The ceremony was presided over by Wang Wei, Director of the Youth Work Committee.

[6] During the opening ceremony, all attendees watched a short film introducing the youth lawyer work of the Shenzhen Lawyers Association, reviewing the outstanding achievements in youth lawyer work in recent years and the results of previous young lawyers advanced training programs.
 

In his address, Vice President Yang Xiao noted that the Shenzhen Lawyers Association launched the "Ten Years, One Thousand Lawyers" initiative in 2010, and the establishment of the Young Lawyers Training Program represents an innovative practice under this initiative and has achieved tangible results. He expressed his hope that the participants of this session would carry forward the sense of responsibility, mission, and values inherent in the legal profession, devote themselves to their studies, and sustain the strong learning atmosphere and positive attitude of previous sessions. Through this program, they should gain a comprehensive and in-depth understanding and mastery of professional skills in the field of commercial arbitration. At the same time, they should uphold the spirit of unity, friendship, and mutual assistance, engage actively in exchanges and interactions, and forge lasting bonds of fellowship among classmates.

Vice President Wang Tengfeng encouraged the trainees that as young lawyers, they should first have high political awareness, second, a spirit of the rule of law, third, good professional ethics, and fourth, a sense of career dedication. He also stated that young lawyers should work together with excellent professional skills to jointly progress and write a brilliant future for the Shenzhen legal profession.

Huang Qingli, a representative of the ninth session of the young lawyers' training program, spoke, expressing determination to uphold the consistent learning style of the program and strictly complete the training tasks as required. Lawyer Liu Yunhai, a representative of the sixth session, shared his learning experiences with the trainees.

Afterwards, Dong Yuqin, Assistant to the Director of the Youth Work Committee, hosted an ice-breaking session to help the trainees get to know one another and enhance mutual communication.
 

The day after the opening ceremony, the trainees of the ninth session of the young lawyers' training program conducted a two-day outdoor expansion training activity at the Shenzhen New Long March Expansion Training Base in Dapeng, aiming to deepen mutual understanding and strengthen team cohesion.
