On the morning of September 23, 2019, Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm held a legal knowledge competition themed “Celebrating the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of the People’s Republic of China”, in active response to the requirements of the provincial and municipal lawyers associations for carrying out the “2019 Lawyers Publicity Day” campaign. Lawyers and lawyer assistants of the firm were all eager to participate and signed up for the competition. The competition took the form of team battles. Lawyers and lawyer assistants of the firm freely formed two teams to participate. The questions were mainly Q&A based, covering the Constitution, the Code of Professional Ethics and Practice Discipline for Lawyers, and other topics. All competition questions were randomly drawn from a question bank, and most of the content was closely related to lawyers’ practice standards. During the competition, each team fully demonstrated the spirit of unity and collaboration, competing to be the first to answer. Team members cooperated seamlessly and responded quickly, drawing round after round of applause from the audience and judges. This event fully demonstrated the positive spirit of Guangdong Zhiming Law Firm in actively responding to the calls of the state and the lawyers associations and in strictly regulating the practice conduct of its lawyers.
